He currently owns five rental properties and has incorporated his business. He previously worked for a telecommunications company.
The real estate appraisal methods and balance sheet reading he learned during that time working on the company's asset utilization business are still useful to him in his management today.

Mr. O purchased "EL FARO Otsuka" in April 2022. "EL FARO" is a reinforced concrete apartment building developed by our company in a carefully selected location within Tokyo's 23 wards, within a 10-minute walk from the station.

The basic structure is four stories tall, and by not having an elevator, the initial investment is kept low, running costs are also reduced, and this popular series has achieved a high return on investment. The deciding factor for Mr. O in purchasing "EL FARO" was its convenient location, just a six-minute walk from Otsuka Station, the next station to Ikebukuro Station.

"I was attracted by the location, just a six-minute walk from Otsuka Station on the JR Yamanote Line. There are plenty of commercial facilities in the area, but there are plans for redevelopment, so it was also attractive that the area is expected to grow in the future," Mr. O recalls of the time of the purchase. Mr. O currently owns five rental properties, and has a long history of ownership of about 40 years, beginning with a tenant building in front of a certain Yamanote Line station. After selling that building, he has repeatedly bought and sold investment properties, leading to the present day.

Our relationship with them began when we purchased a property that they had sold about three years ago. Thanks to that connection, we introduced them to "EL FARO Otsuka" in early 2022, and they immediately signed a contract.

"I also liked the bright exterior design. I was shown all the vacant rooms, and they were all fully equipped and, most importantly, spacious. I wanted my tenants to live in spacious areas, so this was appealing to me," said Mr. O.
