Building Renovation ProjectREGENERATION

We acquire entire apartment buildings, office buildings, retail buildings, etc., and strive to optimize and maximize the real estate value according to the characteristics of each property.
In order to maximize the functionality of the building, we work in Kyoeigumi with our group companies Meiho Engineering and Kyoei-gumi.
We are promoting value-added building revitalization projects, including renovation work, review of management plans and specifications, and implementation of leasing management.

Shin-Otsuka

Building overview: 10-story SRC building (built in 1988)

This property is an office building facing a main street.
The problem we had was that the entrance had a dark impression.
We hope that the town will be developed and become a pioneer in revitalizing it.
The design of the façade and common areas has been improved.
Tenants have also praised the office, saying it is a bright place in which they would like to invite customers.

Kanda Tsukasamachi

Building overview: SRC structure, 1 basement floor, 9 floors above ground

This property had good visibility and good transportation access, but at the time of acquisition
The building had deteriorated, the exterior was very dirty, and there were vacant rooms.
After acquiring the property, we renovated the exterior and refurbished the interior.
The building has become even more attractive and is now fully occupied.

​RECONSTRUCTION

In a real estate revitalization business, when a building is deteriorating and the optimization and maximization of real estate value is examined,
If it is determined that rebuilding is the best option, we will proceed with the rebuilding project.
Rather than simply rebuilding existing buildings for the same purpose, we carry out reconstruction projects that consider optimizing and maximizing the value of the land.
