On November 8, 2024, Meiho Enterprise Group held the first Meiho Award 2024, an awards event for all employees by all employees, at Hotel Gajoen Tokyo. This awards event was newly established to honor the efforts and achievements of employees across the group, and was attended by approximately 140 employees, with awards ceremonies in 13 categories.

Yoko Kumada also congratulates the company! First-year employee wins the "Newcomer Award"

The "Newcomer Award" is given to the employee who is the first to obtain a contract among the employees who joined the company as new graduates. This prestigious award was awarded to Ms. Kanae Hirayama, who obtained information on the site located in Nakano-ku in her third month with the company and concluded the contract in the fastest time until the end of July, after obtaining information on the site located in the EL FARO (EL FARO) series, the Group's flagship business.

The award was presented to the winner by guest presenter Yoko Kumada. She commented, "It's only because of Mr. Hirayama's personality that he was able to secure such a big contract within just a few months of joining the company." The venue was filled with warm applause.

Kumada also appeared on stage as the presenter for a total of six awards, including the Newcomer Award, and after the award ceremony he posed for commemorative photos with employees of group companies.

At the end of the ceremony, Yabuki Mitsuru, Chairman and President of Meiho Enterprise Co., Ltd., took the stage and said, "As symbolized by our company name, Meiho Enterprise Group believes that always staying cheerful and enjoying the workplace leads to prosperity.
