On Tuesday, April 1st, we held an induction ceremony at Meiho Enterprise Group headquarters to welcome five new employees joining us in fiscal year 2025!

This year's new employees participated in the "Internship Program for Accepted Employees," which was implemented for the first time, and joined the company with practical experience. They are reliable new colleagues who have shown high awareness and practical ability from the very first day they joined the company.

All 178 employees participated in the induction ceremony. The ceremony included a greeting from the company president, the issuance of appointment letters to the new employees, self-introductions by the new employees, and heartwarming messages from second-year employees.

After the ceremony, the customary welcome lunch will be held.

At the welcome lunch, executives and senior employees gathered to deepen their interactions with the new employees. In addition, a "talk video with executives" made by a second-year employee was screened, and the venue was filled with smiles and surprised voices as the employees listened to the thoughts and stories that are rarely heard in everyday life.

My life as a working adult is about to begin. Although I am filled with a mixture of excitement and anxiety, I am truly happy to be walking this path together as a member of Meiho Enterprise Group.
