The New Graduate Business Card Exchange Event was held over two days, August 8th and 23rd. This event was planned and run primarily by employees in their first year at the company, with the aim of allowing people of the same generation who have just started working in the real estate industry to interact and expand their networks.
On both days, approximately 30 to 40 new graduates from the real estate industry gathered, and active communication took place through the exchange of business cards and free talk.
Through this event, the new graduates were able to not only build networks with people outside the company, but also gain experience in planning and executing events themselves. This cross-industry interaction will surely be a valuable asset that will be useful in their future work and career development!
