On November 14, 2025, the Meiho Award 2025 was held at the Westin Tokyo to recognize Meiho Enterprise Group's outstanding employees of the year.

This year, six companies participated: Meiho Enterprise, Meiho Properties, House Saison Enterprise, Meiho Engineering, Kyoeigumi, and the Taiwanese subsidiary Tokyo Meiho Development Co., Ltd., along with approximately 180 guests. Awards were presented in a total of 10 categories, and participants celebrated their daily achievements.

The special presenters were two top athletes

This year's ceremony was further enhanced by
​Ayano Sonoda, a professional tennis player
​Ryota Igarashi, former professional baseball player.

They all agreed with the purpose of this award, based on the common theme of "challenge and effort as a professional."
He appeared as a special presenter.

Rookie of the Year - A first-year achievement, securing a contract just two months after joining the company

The winner of the Newcomer Award was Yuya Sasaki, who joined Meiho Enterprise as a new graduate in 2025.

He was highly praised for acquiring land for our flagship product, the EL EL FARO series, and for his ability to obtain information about the site in Yokohama City and conclude a contract within just two months of joining the company.

Best Developer Award - A talented developer who has achieved five contracts in a year

The "Best Developer Award" is given to the employee who secures the most land purchase contracts in a year.
This year's winner is Ogawa Moeku of Meiho Enterprise.
He demonstrated his capabilities by achieving the overwhelming result of five contracts in one year.

■ Creating a stage for the future, created by the entire group

Sonoda and Igarashi served as presenters for a total of 10 awards, and at the end of the event they posed for a commemorative photo with the award winners and group employees.
The venue was filled with loud applause and smiles.
