Mijas is the name of a city in Andalusia, Spain,
the country of the sun. The view of the white buildings and blue sea
creates a beautiful contrast which ultimately becomes the core inspiration of our MIJAS.
The brand name of our rental apartment is an acronym for Meiho’s Identity and Judgment of Apartment Style.

ミハス（MIJAS）は、太陽の国スペイン・アンダルシア地方にある有数の観光地ミハスに由来。
そこは、建物の漆喰の白と青い海と空が美しいコントラストを織りなす場所です。
さらには、Meiho’s Identity and Judgment of Apartment Styleの頭文字を綴った明豊グループの
アパートメント開発・経営への決意を混めたブランドネームです。

Our properties are inspired by ‘Mijas’, the city by the sea in Andalusia, Spain. Similar to ‘Mijas’, our design features a crisp white wall. Our gates are forged from sturdy rod iron and the approach is accented with local Spanish tiles.Capturing Spain’s ‘Mijas’ in the porch, flower stand, and outer area, are fine details that are meticulously designed to resemble the beautiful city

“ミハス”の象徴でもある美しい白い壁をイメージした外壁。
ゲートには重厚なロートアイアンの門扉を設置、通路アプローチにはアクセントとして
華やかなスペイン産タイルを採用。
さらにはポーチ灯、外灯、花台、室名札等の細部にまでこだわりを持ち“ミハス”らしさを演出。
