On Friday, February 14, 2025, an opening party was held in Taipei, Taiwan to commemorate the start of operations of Tokyo Ming Feng Development Co., Ltd., the first overseas subsidiary of Meiho Enterprise Group. The event attracted a lot of attention from the local real estate industry, and was a grand event with about 50 guests.

The special guest who came all the way from Japan was the entertainer Yoko Kumada. She appeared in a gorgeous outfit, adding color to the venue. In addition, Li Jing, a hugely popular entertainer and entrepreneur in Taiwan, also took to the stage to cut the ribbon and perform the sake barrel opening ceremony. The two of them made the venue reach its peak of excitement.

On the day, people involved in the real estate industry in Taiwan, real estate agents, and overseas investors gathered together and had a great deal of interaction.

Furthermore, the venue was packed with media, with many reporters from Taiwanese TV stations and other reporters reporting on the event. TV Tokyo's World Business Satellite (WBS) from Japan also came to cover the event, broadcasting the success of the event.
