Meiho Enterprise
- Business Planning Office
- My main job involves proposing new businesses and reviewing product planning and each business.
While checking whether each business is achieving its goals and proposing reviews of each business, we also grasp changes in customer values and current needs and carry out marketing to connect them to new businesses.
- Development Department
- The main work involves the development of our main products, the newly built investment rental apartment building "EL FARO" and the newly built investment rental apartment building "MIJAS," as well as renovation work for our real estate regeneration business "MEBLD."
Since we handle everything from planning (new construction and renovation) to land procurement, project management until the property is completed, and sales, we offer a one-stop service, allowing you to acquire a wide range of knowledge and know-how regarding real estate.
- Sales Department
- We will mainly sell "EL FARO" and "MIJAS", newly built rental housing for investment that we have developed.
In order to meet various customer needs, such as asset management, tax saving measures, and replacement of business assets, you will be able to acquire a wide range of knowledge not only about real estate, but also about tax systems and other investment products in general.
- Management Department
- The Administration Department is responsible for all administrative tasks not only for our company, but also for the entire group, including subsidiaries, including legal affairs, accounting, finance, general affairs, and investor relations.
In particular, accounting work allows you to be involved in consolidated financial statements and disclosure work, which are experiences that are hard to come by at large companies. Rather than simply repeating simple tasks, you can acquire advanced accounting knowledge and improve your skills.
- Corporate Planning Office
- The Corporate Planning Office is responsible for corporate planning, public relations, and systems operations, and plays an important role that affects the entire company.
In the corporate planning department, we clarify the company's direction by formulating mid-term and annual plans, and by setting and resolving management issues, we build a system that supports sustainable growth. In the public relations department, we respond to the media, create and distribute press releases, and manage the official website and social media in order to effectively disseminate the company's products and initiatives. In systems operations, we actively promote the introduction of new systems and the improvement of existing systems, aiming to improve the productivity of the entire company and each department.
- Human Resources Department
- The Human Resources Department strives to create an environment in which each employee can work comfortably, supporting their individual growth while promoting the development of the company.
The main duties are wide-ranging, including new graduate and mid-career recruitment, planning and management of employee education and training, operation of evaluation systems and labor management, etc. In addition, we play an important role as a link between employees and the company, aiming to realize a work environment where employees can demonstrate their abilities in their own way.
Meiho Properties
- Customer Service (CS) Department
- The Customer Service Department is made up of an "Owner Services Team" and a "Resident Services Team" that serve as dedicated contact points for both owners and tenants.
By providing a single point of contact for customers, we strive to improve customer satisfaction by providing swift reporting, proposals, and responses.
We maintain and manage our owners' valuable assets with high quality and high occupancy rates, and also provide a wide range of support, including solving various problems related to rental management.
- Business Support (BS) Department
- The Business Support Department handles tasks such as cash flow management, rental receivables management, and contract renewals.
We implement thorough rent management to ensure stable income for our owners.
In addition, after receiving an application, we quickly complete all procedures from tenant screening, preparing contract documents, and handing over the keys, and strive to fill occupancy as quickly as possible.
Meiho Engineering
- Construction Planning Department, Construction Management Department
- ・Architectural Planning Department
Creation of building volume plans and assessment of construction costs for the "EL FARO" and "MIJAS" project sites.
For each project, we select design offices and construction companies and check the quality of design documents.
・Architectural Management Department
Responsible for managing quality, schedule, and cost in construction work from the start to completion.
The Construction Planning Department and Construction Management Department work together under a contract with Meiho Enterprise to act as the developer's construction division.

This department supports the smooth progress of construction projects and high-quality construction. We properly assist with ordering materials and managing budgets and schedules to support smooth progress on site.
You will also work in conjunction with the Construction Department to promote quality and safety management, maintain high construction standards and ensure a safe working environment.
・Construction Department
We are engaged in a wide range of daily activities including safety management, quality control, process management, and cost management for the "EL FARO" and "MIJAS" series.
We also work with Meiho Properties to support owners with repair plans and offer after-sales service and maintenance for buildings.
