- Business Planning Office
- My main job involves proposing new businesses and reviewing product planning and each business.
While checking whether each business is achieving its goals and proposing reviews of each business, we also grasp changes in customer values and current needs and carry out marketing to connect them to new businesses.
- Development Department 1 and Development Department 2
- The main work involves the development of our main products, the newly built investment rental apartment building "EL FARO" and the newly built investment rental apartment building "MIJAS," as well as renovation work for our real estate regeneration business "MEBLD."
Since we handle everything from planning (new construction and renovation) to land procurement, project management until the property is completed, and sales, we offer a one-stop service, allowing you to acquire a wide range of knowledge and know-how regarding real estate.
- Sales Department
- We will mainly sell "EL FARO" and "MIJAS", newly built rental housing for investment that we have developed.
In order to meet various customer needs, such as asset management, tax saving measures, and replacement of business assets, you will be able to acquire a wide range of knowledge not only about real estate, but also about tax systems and other investment products in general.
- Management Department
- The Administration Department is responsible for all administrative tasks not only for our company, but for the entire group, including subsidiaries, including legal affairs, accounting, finance, general affairs, IR, and PR.
In particular, accounting work allows you to be involved in consolidated financial statements and disclosure work, which are experiences that are hard to come by at large companies. Rather than simply repeating simple tasks, you can acquire advanced accounting knowledge and improve your skills.
- Corporate Planning Office
- The Corporate Planning Office is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including human resources, corporate planning, and systems.
Human resources involves recruitment, education, and creating a comfortable working environment, corporate planning involves formulating mid-term and annual plans and setting and resolving management issues, and systems involves introducing systems to improve productivity both company-wide and in each department.Each department is involved in the entire company and acts as an in-house service department for each department, performing tasks to improve the company.

- Customer Service (CS) Department
- The Customer Service Department is made up of an "Owner Services Team" and a "Resident Services Team" that serve as dedicated contact points for both owners and tenants.
By providing a single point of contact for customers, we strive to improve customer satisfaction by providing swift reporting, proposals, and responses.
We maintain and manage our owners' valuable assets with high quality and high occupancy rates, and also provide a wide range of support, including solving various problems related to rental management.
- Business Support (BS) Department
- The Business Support Department handles tasks such as cash flow management, rental receivables management, and contract renewals.
We implement thorough rent management to ensure stable income for our owners.
In addition, after receiving an application, we quickly complete all procedures from tenant screening, preparing contract documents, and handing over the keys, and strive to fill occupancy as quickly as possible.

As a group of architectural technology professionals, we are responsible for everything from planning the "EL FARO" and "MIJAS" series to managing the designers and selecting construction companies.
・Construction Management Department
Similarly, he is responsible for managing the quality, schedule, and cost of construction work from the start of construction to completion.
The Construction Planning Department and Construction Management Department work together under a contract with Meiho Enterprise to act as the developer's construction division.
We focus on product planning every day to ensure the satisfaction of our owners and tenants.
- First construction department, second construction department
- As a group of architectural engineers, we are engaged in a wide range of activities on a daily basis, including construction management for the "EL FARO" and "MIJAS" series, construction quality management, schedule and safety management, and cost management and training of subcontractors.
We have also partnered with Meiho Properties to provide support to owners with repair plans and make proposals for building maintenance and management.
